Manage operations, and drive as a substitute when a driver is off.
Duties
- Roll calls & work instructions
- Route changes & irregular situations
- Communication with clients
- Creating shift schedules
- Substitute driving for absences
- Driving for new contracts

Kansai area (Kobe preferred, Osaka also possible) Mostly remote; on site on substitute-driving and shuttle days
Working hours
8 hours a day Adjusted to operations (on substitute-driving and shuttle days, matched to that run)
Pay
From JPY 240,000 per month (decided based on experience and ability) More when shuttle runs and overtime are involved
Qualifications
- Comfortable with basic computer use - Holds a driver's license (a large-vehicle license is a plus)
